Today we are located in Brussels, Lyon, very soon in Paris and our growth calls for the recruitment of our future SALES BUSINESS DEVELOPER!
Prospect new clients and spread our existence and awareness in Brussels
Manage and animate a portfolio of clients focusing on development and loyalty
Ensure client meetings in Brussels
Identify key contacts and build strong relationships
Master your sales pitch and know how to deal with objections
Hunting (a lot at first), then farming (at a later stage)
Identify, prepare and participate in recruitment events (forums, trade fairs, etc)
Draw regular reporting and analysis of data to ensure the implementation and monitoring of the business strategy
Collaborate with the HR Community Builder to capitalise on efforts and achieve results, i.e. the right match between candidates and clients
Automate processes and look at digital tools to hack our growth

You are able and willing to adapt to change because you know that learning and progress are made through experimentation
You like to "score" and you don't give up! Recruitment is not an exact science so perseverence is key.
You have a strong taste for innovation, especially when it makes sense and serves societal and environmental matters!
You are known for your strong listening and empathy skills!
You are comfortable with digital growth hacking tools (Google, Phantombuster, Dropcontact, Lemlist, ProspectIN, Aircall, Hubspot, Zapier...)
You are able to or willing to learn to work on tasks such as automation, mailing sequence, prospecting, identification of personae and needs, etc.
