As a CRM & Digital Marketeer, you oversee our client's digital content and play an important role in acquiring traffic and leads via our digital channels.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Plan, develop, implement, and manage digital traffic acquisition strategy
- Lead the development of the CRM strategy and its implementation.
- Create a comprehensive plan for effective CRM communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive database growth and optimize customer data to enhance insights and segmentation.
- Improve customer lifetime value through personalized experiences and product recommendations.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure proper alignment on campaigns, communication and content
- Evaluate and report campaign success using various metrics
- Maintain and improve our company websites and e-shop
- Manage brand communication on social media
- Follow-up inbound leads and make sure sales reps take care of it
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in digital marketing or communication
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, especially in the B2B sector
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Passion for social media & digital marketing (SEO, SEA, social media, UX and UI)
- Strong business curiosity & willingness to learn about business
- Relational skills & autonomy
- Food and/or coffee lover
- Interest in online content writing
- Knowledge of design is preferred (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, Canva…)
