What will be your challenge?

Today, 98% of the guests book the units via in B2C. The goal is to balance and diversify the go to market plan with a B2B and direct approach. This means you create and implement strategies and set up relevant processes to improve the organisation. You work closely with the Marketing team to increase the results.

More concretely :

You are the reference and #1 player to implement a coherent sales strategy from the marketing of the product at all levels to the implementation of the commercial activities on the field

You have the constant pulse to raise brand awareness wherever and whenever you go

You will be in charge of budget and P&L and make margin calculation

You create and enhance solutions to deliver the best experience to end-users

In close collaboration with marketing, you contribute to the development of the brand image

You elaborate the commercial canvassing

You focus to create a real bond with your clients and stakeholders

With a good analytical mindset, you analyse the different sources of revenue and maximize them

And you, who are you?

You have a proven 2 years minimum experience as a sales account manager, preferably in the hotel sector

You have the ability for commercial canvassing

You are thrilled to move fast in a world that is synonymous with lifestyle, growth and autonomy

You are talented at analysing data

You have great organisational skills and you are detail-oriented

You are a sociable and easygoing person

You are dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines with a curiosity and desire to learn

You are very flexible in your day2day job

You are fluent in English, Dutch and French, both written and spoken.

You thrive in a Start-Up/Scale-up mindset environment
